Match Fishing Report - Hooked on Fishing Malta: Giovanni's Float League

🎣 Today’s match was an exciting one, as the Hooked on Fishing Malta Giovanni's Float League took place at Marsa! The weather conditions were ideal for fishing, with clear skies and a gentle breeze, creating the perfect atmosphere for a competitive day out on the water 🌞🌊.

The rules were straightforward: only float fishing was allowed in the match, putting everyone’s skills to the test. And what a day it turned out to be!

🏅 Winners

• 1st Place: Peter Paul Azzopardi 🥇 - With an impressive weight of over 3 Kgs, Peter took home the top spot!

• 2nd Place: Adrian Nelson 🥈 - A strong performance with a catch exceeding 2 Kgs.

• 3rd Place: Alex Spiteri 🥉 - Also hauling in over 2 Kgs of fish.

🎣 Fish Caught

The main species caught were Bream and Blue Runners, with some nice-sized bream being the highlight. As always, all fish were released back into the water, as the club proudly practices Catch and Release 🐟.
